Study Line

Hearing Voices

Hearing Voices is a study line, a theme that links programming across venues and platforms.

Hearing Voices encapsulates a range of experiences, from notions of artistic inspiration to madness or the supernatural that challenge an all-controlling ego. Through the lens of Hearing Voices, and focusing our attention on whispers, softly spoken words, or hidden voices, we consider how art can respond to or generate deep recognition, empathy, and collective understanding.
