Welcome to our Archive, a living place for documentation–of our events and exhibitions, as well as materials brought into them–and an occasion to produce new meanings and conversations.

As a dynamic component of our archive, our publishing work takes a variety of forms: from a podcast series focused on our artists-in-residence, to archival media on our website, to study line fragments written by our curatorial team, to subscription-based booklets featuring an original commission appearing every quarter, as well as to globally-distributed print monographs of select exhibiting artists whose practice has not yet been anthologized.

Our publication aims are two-fold: to provide textual entry points and documentary context to our programs and to provide support and a platform for writers to produce new, original work that takes our program and exhibitions as a starting point (and, so, gradually, to create a supportive community).

In line with our overall institutional vision, our publications place contemporary art practices within a wider, dynamic ecosystem shaped by a range of approaches and formats. Ideally, our work prompts new, meaningful conversations and makes our readers even more curious after reading.

Many of our print projects are realized through longstanding collaborations, with partners such as: Dancing Foxes Press, K. Verlag, and Wendy’s Subway.
