For the third edition of SIX TO NINE, Stubborn will broadcast a live audio/video performance from an undisclosed location into our courtyard. Our exhibition On Education, which includes an installation by Stubborn member Brad Kronz, will be open to view, as well as Esben Weile Kjær’s SHELL. Houseman will also be on site to host a casual barbecue.
Stubborn is a musical group formed from a collaboration between Valerie Keane, Jeffrey Joyal and Brad Kronz. Two of Stubborn’s classic albums will be available together on CD for the first time at this program.
SIX TO NINE is a summer program series where Amant extends hours until 9pm on Fridays to host live DJ sets, open exhibitions, and drinks. All ages and music lovers are welcome.
Stubborn is a musical group formed from a collaboration between New York-based artists Valerie Keane, Jeffrey Joyal, and Brad Kronz. Formed in New York City in 2018, the group is known for its improvisational approach to ambient, industrial, and rock music. Recent performances include Kunsthalle Friart Fribourg, 2023; MoMA PS1, 2024; and The Horse Hospital, London, 2025. Their latest EP Unlock The Door was released May 20, on Jeffrey Records.
